Rudest and most unprofessional staff ever... EVER!!!
I feel like every time I call its like I'm scheduling a shady drug deal under an overpass somewhere.
Too angry for the full story so here is it in two finger type.
1) Schedule a tech to install cable and internet, great call you 30 min before we arrive.
2) Next day, call from tech "dude, where are you I'm on your stoop, if you ain't here in 10 min we leavin"
3) Very unprofessional staff installs equipment, cable equipment bad must come back tomorrow, internet is working
4) I go to dinner, come back the internet modem fried.. dead as a post
5) call timewarner, after 5 attempts to tell bungling indian outsourced rep whats going on, finally get a supervsor. Sup says nothing scheduled for next day so she will make this super priority and have someone call in the morning.
6) wake up and the cable box is working
7) get call in the morning, reschedule for friday morning because I can't take more time off work to sit around in apartment
8) get call from tech "dude, on your stoop are you home I have new cable box for you" AAHHH
Praying that everything gets taken care of tomorrow. So far spent 8 hours of work time trying to get this setup, not rocket science people.
